All emails sent to your Microsoft Exchange Server can automatically be attached to the relevant matter on InTouch.
If you are using Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 or newer then your IT company will be able set this up by following the instructions in the Help Documents below:

Emails are attached to matters by being identified by ITR codes - please read Outlook - How it works for more information.
Note that any attachments included in forward emails are also attached the matter.
