If you don’t want to let your client see the searches as soon as they have been returned, you have the option to change the timings.
When viewing a matter, click > ‘Settings’.
Click > ‘Matter Templates’.
Click > ‘Edit’ on the relevant template.
Click > ‘Advanced’.
Ensure that ‘Include Searches?’ is ticked.
Below is a drop-down menu that allows you to adjust when the searches are released to a client.
When finished, click ‘Save’.
