Custom data is specific data relating to a matter, such as a property’s price or the address and contact details of a client. Sometimes this is inputted into the matter automatically through the use of a quote calculator. Other times it may be necessary to manually enter this data.

All custom data fields will have a Data Type which defines what kind of data is allowed. For example, the data type for a property’s price is numerical.
