You can send emails to stakeholders without having to input their email address everytime and without giving them the ability to track a case.
During a property transaction, you may send an email to a stakeholder and it’s the same email you send on most cases but they don’t need the ability to track the case.
To set this up go to:
Settings > Email Templates > Click on the email you wish to edit > under the default email addresses field, enter the email address of the stakeholder.
Next time you send this email either manually or automatically, the email address of the stakeholder will automatically show for you.
There is no limit on the amount of email addresses you set.
