Opportunity for a Customer Success Manager

You will be the one of the faces of InTouch!

You’ll be interacting with our clients ensuring their success, and that will include a variety of things; from face to face meetings, to feeding back information to business & software development. You will be the primary point of contact for any customer concerns regarding product, support or billing. You will provide the best customer experience possible, which in turn will result in customer retention and expansion.

Problem solving should come naturally, with confidence in trouble shooting and investigating solutions for customers. The candidate should know their way around a computer, be able to pick up systems and have an interest in the logic and dependencies that drives them.

You’re key responsibilities will be;

  • Customer Account Management
  • Providing First Class Customer Support
  • Marketing Activities (conferences etc)

You will be responsible for ensuring customers are successful with our software, liaising with them in a proactive and timely manner and configuring the system to suit their every need.

You will be responsible for providing support, whether that be simple questions or more long form consultation.

You will always be “selling” our software and will proudly be a face at the company, willing to push your personal expertise further helping to achieve success for all.

Experiences/Skills Required

  • 3+ years experience working for a software company and/or experience working in the property industry with case management systems
  • A keen desire to continually expand skills, expand responsibility and help build a successful company.
  • Degree in a related field desirable but not compulsory
  • Flexible, thorough, articulate and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent time management
  • Meticulously organised
  • A can-do attitude
  • Ability to work in high pressure environments
  • Full UK driving licence

Our office is in Nottingham, and once you're settled and delivering fantastic work you’ll be able to work most of your time from home (away from distractions).
